North Korea has transported a second missile Musudan (in picture) with medium range action on the East Coast and installed it on a mobile rocket launcher and is ready to launch it without any warning, announced on Friday the South Korean agency Yonhap, citing a senior government official in Seoul.

Musudan type missile, first disclosed at a military parade in October 2010, would have a theoretical range of about 3,000 kilometers that would be able to reach South Korea and Japan. Also, the missle can reach 4000 kilometers if it has an easy charge and could strike, in theory, Guam Island in the Pacific, which are important U.S. military bases.

South Korean and Japanese media wrote on Thursday that Pyongyang have located on the east coast an entire missile battery type Musudan. Military sources quoted by Yonhap affirmed that the North Koreans could make a rocket shooting on April 15, the date marking the birthday of the founder of Stalinist regime North Korean, Kim IL-sung, who died in 1994.
